Shipping & Returns Policy

In-Store and Curbside Pickup

Orders placed online are currently available for in-store and curbside pickup only. Shipping options are not yet available. We have restricted orders being placed by those living within a 40-mile radius of our store while testing our new online store.

Step 1. Place Order Online

Shop for in-stock products online and check out using PayPal (no account required). You will receive an email confirmation with your order number letting you know that your order has been received and is processing.

Step 2. Order Fulfillment

When your order is received, a staff member will confirm that the items you purchased are in stock and place them in a designated fulfillment area with your order information. You will then receive an email that your order has been completed and is ready for pickup.

Step 3. Order Pickup

Completed orders are available for pickup during regular business hours. You will need to confirm the order number and the name the order was placed under to retrieve the order. If picking up curbside, please call the store at (360) 772-8967 when you park outside with this information, along with a description of the vehicle you are in. You may open a rear vehicle door or your vehicle’s trunk and request a staff member deliver the order contactless.


Orders are non-refundable unless the product ordered is not in stock, which may happen in cases where an order is placed online and a customer purchases the item in-store before a staff member can pull the item for fulfillment. You will be contacted by a staff member if this happens.
